Hey George,
Just got back home a few days ago. After the cruise, I went straight to New York to visit a few customers. Any way here are a few pics of our fishing trip. Hope you enjoy!
I want to tell you I have fished in Kona, Hawaii; Cabo San Lucas Mexico; St. Thomas Virgin Islands; & of course the Gulf of Mexico here in Texas, but bar-none the crew on the Dragin Fly is
the best I’ve ever fished with. I think we only missed 1 fish that we raised, all others were hooked, caught, & released. Your newest crew member was making me something to eat &
then all of a sudden he was in the cockpit. I didn’t realize it but a fish was up around the bait & he was on it like “Johnny on the Spot”. It was unreal how quickly they were able to tell
when the fish was a Marlin, & they were able to pull in the smaller sailfish bait & put out the larger Marlin baits to get them to strike. Also they were always thinking ahead. I’ve never
seen crew members prepare the lines to put out new baits while we were still fighting a fish. And Captain James was unreal. Not only on his ability to find & raise fish, but on his boat handling
& maneuverability skills. Two of the marlin were brought in as a double header. We came so close to stripping the line on the smaller reel, but Captain James was able to chase each fish as needed,
going back & forth until we brought in both fish….UNREAL!!! What a trip!! Thanks a bunch!!
