George and Anna,
Thanks so much to both of you and to Ray for setting us up with a great time in Costa Rica. I came for the fishing but the other activities were lots of fun and I know Rob, Ray, Skylar and Sam had a blast too. The trips on the Panga Boats, surfing, Hanging out with Raul, going to the waterfall, seeing the sunset at the Villa and the crocodile tour were all outstanding. We really liked James, Chela, Berto, Mauricio, Antonio and especially Raul.
Raul's friends cooked us some awesome local Sushi Friday night. I still think Chela's raw tuna on the boat Monday was the best I've ever had. All of the food your team cooked was top notch and much more than I expected in terms of quality and gourmet touch. The staff at Hotel Cocal was very pleasant and helpful, overall we just had a blast and hope we can come back and do it again.

Left 6 inches of snow and ice. Non stop action with a total of 14 sails and some yellowfin tuna for dinner!!!
Jan. 30 Team Maximus Final Day
Periods of extreme boredom followed by minutes of chaos. 8 sails and 3 dorado. We shall return for the BEAST!

Another great day!!!!! 11 sails, 2 dorado, 5 tuna and a marlin........for about 15 seconds
Jan. 28 Team Maximus
3 from Florida, 1 from Oklahoma
Capt. James put us on some "serious" fish and our two mates busted a$$ working the lines, rigging baits and of course feeding us! Started the day with 2 nice mahi up to 50 pounds, then things opened up with 4 sailfish doubles and a triple header. Our talley was 12 sails and 4 mahi. Thanks for a memorable day, the four of us will be talking about this for quite some time.

On behalf of the whole Benton family I wanted to let you know what a great time we had in Costa Rica. I think what sums the whole experience up was that it exceeded our expectations in almost every way.
The condo was great, the view was spectacular and the rooms were very comfortable. Katy and Ellen wanted to bring the showers home with them.
The tours were so much fun, well-planned and interesting. We did and saw some things we've never done before. The fishing was fun, the crew was excellent, the boat very clean and comfortable and the food was wonderful. Everything was on time and we never seemed to have to wait for anything. All the people you have working with you are courteous, friendly and very good to travel with.
We also enjoyed getting to know you all. You make a great team. You definitely know the best things to do and places to eat down there.
Hope that you have a great year and we look forward to going back sometime.
